Love TV shows? Join our Nordic Netflix Customer Support team in Greece! One of the world’s leading customer service providers is looking for talented individuals to support Netflix subscribers across the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Netflix subscribers in the Nordic region
• Communicate with users via chat and phone
• Assist with billing inquiries and payment-related questions
• Troubleshoot streaming issues and content-related problems
• Guide subscribers on using Netflix features and navigating the platform

Who We're Looking For:

· Native-level fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish

· Advanced English skills (B2–C1 level or higher)

· Excellent communication, soft skills, and a problem-solving mindset

· Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure

· Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus

· Comfortable with computers and technology

· A passion for TV shows - being a Netflix fan is a bonus!
