Role Description
Are you fluent in a Nordic language and passionate about customer support? Join our team to support one of the world’s leading food and grocery delivery platforms, serving millions across 70+ countries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound communications (calls, chats, tickets) from restaurant partners and customers
- Resolve inquiries related to orders, refunds, deliveries, and platform usage
- Provide professional and empathetic support across all service channels
- Adhere to response templates and maintain high-quality service standards
- Escalate sensitive or unresolved issues appropriately
- Complete ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the project
Who We're Looking For:
- Native-level fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish
- Advanced level of English (B2–C1 or higher)
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Strong written communication and typing skills
- Comfortable using PC tools and multitasking across multiple platforms
