One of the world’s top customer service providers is hiring talented Nordic-speaking customer support professionals who will serve as the first point of contact for customers, offering top-tier service and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the frontline representative of Mercedes-Benz, delivering outstanding service via phone, email, and chat
- Address customer inquiries and provide knowledgeable assistance on products, services, and vehicle-related questions
- Handle concerns and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Ensure a smooth and satisfying customer journey from start to finish
- Create positive experiences that turn customers into brand advocates
Who We're Looking For:
- Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish (native level)
- Advanced level of English (B2–C1 or higher)
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field (6+ months preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong sense of responsibility
- Tech-savviness and eagerness to learn
- A passion for cars and the Mercedes-Benz brand is a definite plus!
