As a Customer Support Specialist, you will represent an industry-leading company in home innovation. You will help customers make the most of their devices, troubleshoot issues, and guide them through product features with clarity and care.
Role Description
As part of the Nordic support team, you will be at the frontline of customer care, ensuring each interaction is professional, friendly, and focused on solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls, messages, and emails.
- Offer expert assistance on a range of home tech products (vacuums, air purifiers, hair tools, and more).
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Handle warranty claims, product repairs, and replacements.
- Recommend products based on customer needs.
- Ensure high levels of satisfaction through effective communication.
Who We're Looking For:
- Native-level fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish.
- Advanced level of English (B2–C1 or higher)
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Confident in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Calm and professional in handling challenges.
- Previous customer service or tech support experience is a plus.
