Team Leader Travel Care
Viking is growing in Spain – are you our next Scandinavian speaking Team Leader in Travel Care?
A newly established service area for Viking is travel assistance services. From our offices in Spain, we assist customers with travel insurance, who suffer an incident, illness or injury while traveling abroad. The service is provided in Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, and Danish.
We are now looking for a Scandinavian Team Leaders with experience in travel insurance assistance to be responsible for our teams in Fuengirola and Torrevieja.

Responsibilities
• Personnel responsibility for the Scandinavian team members.
• Coaching and competence development of team members.
• Fulfillment of the required service levels – KPIs and SLA’s.
• Administrative tasks e.g. time sheets, salary file, absence routines, updating/maintaining shift plan.
• Cover and perform the tasks of other Team Leaders in rotation in case of absence.
• Work closely with other departments within Viking Assistance Group to ensure implementation of agreements and projects, plan and execute proper training.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience from a Call Center / Alarm Center / Customer Service.
• Experience from the travel industry, insurance, or health sector is also relevant.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader, or strong motivation to step up into the role.
• Fluent in a Scandinavian language and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Experienced user of IT systems and quick to learn new ones.
