Team Leader - Customer Operations

About the role
As Team Leader within Customer Operations, you will be responsible for supporting and developing a team working across the Swedish and Norwegian markets. You will play an important role in the daily operations, ensuring the team delivers high-quality service while meeting performance goals and creating a great customer experience.
You will work closely with several departments and colleagues across different countries, making communication, collaboration and leadership essential parts of your everyday work.

Your responsibilities
• Lead, motivate and support a team within Customer Operations
• Follow up on individual and team performance through KPIs and coaching
• Provide ongoing feedback, training and development to help team members grow
• Handle escalations and support the team in complex customer situations
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective team planning
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes and service quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and markets
• Create a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture
• Report insights, results and operational updates to management
We believe you are someone who
• Has previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or similar leadership role
• Has experience working within Customer Operations, Customer Service or a call center environment
• Is confident in leading people and creating engagement within a team
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Speaks fluent English and either Swedish or Norwegian
• Enjoys taking initiative and solving problems proactively
• Thrives in a dynamic and international work environment
